Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1-2 business days] after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and most other regions served by our courier partners. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited service.

Delivery Timelines

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier services, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are outside ViEi Tech's responsibility, though we'll always assist in tracking and resolving delays where possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders across most delivery areas. A COD handling fee [may/may not] apply, shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via [SMS/WhatsApp/email] to monitor delivery status through our courier partner's tracking portal.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (customer unreachable, incorrect address, refusal at doorstep), our courier will make [up to 2] additional attempts before the order is returned to us. Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders for that account.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ViEi Tech is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery, or document it with photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within [24-48 hours] so we can resolve it under our Refund & Return Policy.
